Grelly '26 is a self-supported bikepacking event = NO external support allowed! Riders may only use services accessible to everyone (shops, hotels, restaurants, local bike shops, …) or accept friendly, unsolicited help from passersby.

The track of your choice will be shared ONE WEEK before the event. You must follow and complete this track within the prescribed time limit. When, at some point during the challenge, you leave the track, you must rejoin it at the very same point to continue. Please note that the final track distance may differ slightly from the one initially announced. Designing a safe and rideable route for all participants is a complex and sometimes unpredictable process, and last-minute adjustments are sometimes part of it.

Recommended bikes: A gravel bike with at least 45mm tires and small gearing or a mountainbike: Comfort is more important than pure speed. NO electric bikes are allowed. Of course: No motor, no public transport - just you, your legs and your bike
The registration fee is 150 € per rider to cover all the costs.

This fee includes:
- Use of a GPS-tracker (no deposit required; we trust you to return it at the end of the event),
- Free breakfast before the start for both 3- and 4-days adventure,
- One (or more) food station(s) along the route, exact location will be given before the start,
- Possibility to set up a tent the night before the start (only for that night) (pending confirmation at start location),
- Goodie bag (with the support of our Partners) including a unique Grelly cycling item,
- Rider's guide with detailed and practical information,
- Bag deposit is available at the start location in Eupen,
- Use of Sportity app for updates (e.g. on track changes, obstacles). All useful documentation will be offline available in the app: including altitude profiles, rider’s guide and all the tracks.
- Chill atmosphere at the start & finish.
Important !

GRELLY Adventure is NOT a race - you are fully responsible for your own safety at all times ! Stay visible, especially at night, and always wear a helmet! Your progress will be tracked and published via a tracking system (so friends, family, and fans can cheer on you), but no official ranking will be made.

Drafting is only allowed for 'Duo'-teams. Spontaneous or social riding, resting and camping together are permitted - this is part of the adventure spirit!

No tracker deposit is required this year. However, please note that each participant is responsible for the tracker, and in case of loss or damage, we will kindly ask you to cover its cost (€150). We count on your honesty !

REFUND policy: If a participant cancels his/her registration
-
before March 1st 2026, he/she will receive a 50% refund,
-
after March 1st 2026, you will not receive a refund.
The maximum number of participants is 125, the minimum is 25.

The organizers reserve the right to cancel the event (e.g. due to governmental restrictions or weather conditions). In such cases, the organizers will decide whether paid participants will receive a full refund or be automatically registered for the next edition.
